Ted Poovey, our Service Department Manager, is the patriarch of our Service Department. He has been with Al Lamb's Dallas Honda for 34 years, and he has a special talent for fixing things. He is devoted to his family and church. Ted loves his dogs and motorcycles. He currently owns a '77 Triumph Bonneville, an '82 FT500, a 2001 XR400, and a 2001 ST1100.

As a Service Writer, Gary Elliot can get your motorcycle setup for the correct service every time. He is knowledgeable in motorcycles and what it takes to fix them. From Honda ATV's to watercraft, Gary will get you fixed up right the first time. Bring your bike in and ask for Gary.
Santiago (on the left) is a part of our All-Star Service team. He loves the Honda VFR line-up, v4 Honda engines, and the Honda GP circuit. If you need something done thorough and precise he is your guy. Bring your bike to Dallas Honda and Santiago will get you fixed up today!
Randy (on the right) is also a member of our All-Star Service team. He has been wrenching on motorcycles for over half his life, and he is an amateur racer in the CMRA race circuit. Look for him in our service department or on the racetrack ahead of his competition. That is... when he doesn't go off in the grass.

Aaron, a.k.a. 'Red' is yet another person who can call himself an All-Star Service Tech. He is a wealth of knowledge especially when it comes to wrenching. He is an MMI graduate, and has been working in the field for a long time. Stop by and ask for Red. He will make sure that all your service and repair needs are met.
Our oldest and wisest tech is Kirk Hantz. He is the boss when it comes to repairs and service. Anything you have he can fix. He loves his old Boss Mustang and was a part of the Terry Poovey race team. If it has a motor or an engine he can get it running. Kirk is part of the team that built our Land Speed CBR1000 that went over 245 mph.
